Dr. Charles Kreitzberg

Charles B. Kreitzberg, Ph.D. is a leading consultant in the human aspects of computer technology. His specialty is helping organizations get the most value from their technology investments through user-centered design and organizational effectiveness. He is the Founding Editor of User Experience Magazine, author of numerous articles and several books, a leader in professional associations, and a pioneer in the creation of the Internet.

Dr. Kreitzberg founded Cognetics in 1982 and has worked with user interfaces since the 1960’s. Dr. Kreitzberg guides projects and organizations to meet both their own needs and their users’ needs. Through LUCID (Logical User-Centered Interaction Design), which he developed, Dr. Kreitzberg offers a clear, repeatable path to customer satisfaction.

Anne Pauker Kreitzberg
President

Anne is President of Cognetics Corporation.  She is an expert in leadership and organizational effectiveness. She is also on the faculty of the Wharton School where she teaches Business Policy and HR Management in the WPWP program within Executive Education.

Anne serves on the Mercer County Commission on the Status of Women. Prior to joining Cognetics she led the Pauker Consulting Group. She was formerly Vice President of Employee Relations for Continental Insurance, a $5 billion international insurer. Early in her career, Anne served as Director of Affirmative Action Compliance Programs for The State of New York at the New York State Division for Human Rights.

Deborah Nelson Young
Vice President

Deborah has over fifteen years experience in successfully establishing, managing and developing both external client and internal cross-functional team relationships. Her responsibilities include new business development, monitoring customer satisfaction, and managing revenue growth.

Prior to joining Cognetics Corporation Deborah worked for Xerox Corporation where she was a Mentor in the Leadership through Quality Program. Deborah graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Spanish and Business Administration.

Joann Singer
Director of Development

Joann Singer has expertise in both marketing and financial accounting. She manages processes, procedures, certifications and partner relationships. She also leads Cognetics' public relations and communications activities.

Prior to joining Cognetics Corporation, Joann worked for Ernst & Young, Warner Brothers and FAI Insurances Ltd in Australia. She is actively involved in a wide range of Princeton community projects. She holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and is an Associate of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
